Return Policy

Fabriczy offers a 30-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, after this 30-day period, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process the return.

No Handling Fees: We do not charge any handling fees for returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. Please do not send any items back before contacting us, as it may delay the processing.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at Fabriczy.Service@gmail.com. We will process the refund on the same day we receive your cancellation request.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, after receiving the item, you may contact us to explore post-purchase options.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure all items are in satisfactory condition. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our “Contact Us” page. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution to ensure your satisfaction.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to first return the original item. Once the return is processed and a refund is issued, you can place a new order for the item you want. This helps expedite the process, ensuring you receive the correct item quickly.


Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Processing Time: We initiate refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item. However, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Bank Communication: During this process, we will stay in close contact with the bank to ensure the refund is processed smoothly. Return Shipping Fees

Seller Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item), Fabriczy will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
